The TTP editor is designed to be used with all Swecoin printers with parallel or serial interfaces. It has built in examples for TTP 1020, TTP 1030, TTP 5000, TTP 52x0, TTP 70x0, 8x00, and TTPM2. (The TTP 70x0 setting also works with TTP 2000).
The following list describes how you can use the TTP Editor with the printers:
To test escape code sequences (printer commands) on your Swecoin printer.
To change parameter settings (stored in flash PROM in the printer).
To download fonts to flash PROM in the printer.
To convert graphics and logotypes so they can be downloaded to the printer.
To load new firmware into the printer.
This editor should not be your main tool for receipt design or development. Use the editor to learn how the printer reacts to various printer commands. Don't hesitate to change the example code, print out, and see what happens.
